How to Slam Dominoes (Properly)

A slam is not just a loud play. It's a statement: this tile ends the argument.

The technique is simple. Hold the bone between thumb and forefinger, raise it clear of the table, and bring it down flat and hard in one motion so it lands square in position. A slam that lands crooked or knocks the layout apart is a foul, not a flex.

Timing matters more than force. Save it for the tile that blocks an opponent, closes both ends on a number they need, or wins the game outright. Slamming a filler tile in the middle of a round just tells the table you're new.

Never slam when your partner is still counting, and never slam so hard you disturb face-down tiles — that's how yard arguments start.

In Domino Gwaan Bad the slam is a mechanic, not just an animation. Land a hard slam on a winning play and the table shakes, the crowd reacts, and you earn slam currency toward badges and shop items.
